Refund policy

Our main priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, your purchase from ihing.net does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 30 days after receiving your item for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping costs excluded). We kindly request that you ensure the merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging.

RMA （Return Mechandise Authorization)

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ihing.cn. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

12months Warranty

We take pride in our products and promise they are made with good materials and workmanship. They are free of defects when used properly. There is a one-year limited warranty.

If there is a breach in warranty within one year of purchase, we will either repair or replace the product. Transportation costs and charges will be paid by the purchaser. We don't hold responsibility for these costs. We don't offer credit for worn or damaged products.

The remedy for a warranty breach is to repair or replace the item(s). If that's not possible, the original purchase price will be refunded. We're not responsible for any special, consequential, or incidental damages that arise from any breach of this warranty.

We're not liable for any personal injury related to our products, and the purchaser is responsible for the consequences of the product's use or misuse. No one else can make promises or changes to this warranty unless they have it in writing from us. In no event will our liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
